If you’re here, you have probably tried all kinds of different diets and hacks to try and lose weight, have more energy, get better sleep, and improve athletic performance. You have probably gotten really frustrated, and maybe even given up when seeing the results. I’m here to change that, and get you the help you need to reach your health goals. What I am offering is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. It is important to build healthy habits in order to maintain your health.

I, too, have been there. I struggled with chronic pain and fatigue for decades. I had no energy. I was eating organic. I was seeing a nutritionist. I was seeing a doctor of functional medicine. I was using herbs and essential oils. I was using detox kits from the health food store. I thought I was doing all the right things. Some of those things were actually helpful, but I still didn’t achieve the results I was looking for. I was really surprised to find out why.

I learned a few important things along the way:

  • Research is important

  • What you eat is important

  • Proper hydration is important

  • It can take up to two years to properly detox

  • You must do things in the right order

  • You CAN do this!
